Meet Destin

Destin is 11 years old, he resides in Chiragabwa, which is a small community in Bagira (DRC). Due to a lack of food, Destin is experiencing severe malnutrition which is causing developmental problems and serious health issues. All Destin needs is enough daily nutritional food intake to help him survive this battle.

Meet Esther

Esther Divine is 13 years old and was born in a small village called Luvunga in Uvira, DRC.

Origin: Luvunge, Uvira, DRC

Esther lost her father and mother during the ongoing war in Congo, and she and her sister Maranatha witnessed their parent’s tragic death. After their parent’s death, both Esther and Maranatha were taken in by their neighbors and was forced to flee to Uganda due to the war. 

Esther and Maranatha wish they can have access to clean water, nutritious meals, education, clean clothes, and a safe environment to live in.

Meet Francois

Mirago Francois and his grandmother have been taking care of his little brother after their mother died and his father abandoned them. The young child is not receiving the essential nutrients needed, the entire family has no access to daily food, clean water, or healthcare. It is incredibly saddening to see so many people suffer this way, especially children. We hope and fight for a better future…
